How to fix GTA San Andreas Starting (It's worked for me)

First, Right Click on san andreas shortcut icon. And Click on the Properties.
Now Click on the Open File Location Option

Now Right Click On the  gta_sa.exe file and go to Properties

Now Click on the Compatibility Tab

Now click on the "Run this program in compatibility mode for" Radio Button-
