Blogger favicon is not changing- Solution (very easy)

Maximum of time Blogger favicon does not changes my probability is 99.9%

So this is the very easy way to fix it -

1. At first you have to change the favicon as you do it from the layout option.
2. Then go to this address :-
 http://'yourbloggeraddress.com'/favicon.ico [You have to change the 'yourbloggeraddress.com' with your Blogger address.

 3. Then press Ctrl+F5 that really works.
